Roll roofing and waterproofing material
Product Description and Scope of Application
HYDROBASE VENT is a torch-applied bitumen-polymer roofing and waterproofing roll material.
HYDROBASE VENT EKV consists of a polyester fabric base coated on both sides with bitumen-polymer binder, with protective layers on top in the form of coarse-grained granules and on the bottom in the form of fine-grained granules. An additional layer of bitumen-polymer binder is applied in strips to the lower protective layer. To prevent the material from sticking, the strips are covered with a polymer film. The material is used for installing a single-layer ventilated (“breathable”) roofing membrane.

Non-combustible stone wool boards made from gabbro-basalt rock
Product Description:
TECHNOFACE OPTIMA is a non-combustible, hydrophobized thermal and sound insulation board made from mineral wool based on basalt group rocks.
Application:
TECHNOFACE OPTIMA boards are designed for use in civil and industrial construction as thermal and sound insulation in external wall insulation systems with a protective and decorative thin-layer plaster coating (without height restrictions).
Application instructions:
In accordance with “Recommendations for the design of thermal insulation of enclosing structures of residential, public and industrial buildings”.
Storage:
The boards must be stored packaged and stacked on pallets separately by grade and size. Throughout the entire storage period, the material must be protected from atmospheric precipitation. The height of the board stack during storage must not exceed 3 m.
Transportation:
Transportation of boards must be carried out in accordance with the requirements of DBN G.1-4, DSTU B V.2.7-167. Boards are shipped to the consumer no earlier than after 24-hour storage at the warehouse.
Packaging Information:
Polyethylene heat-shrink film is used for packaging. The method of wrapping and fixing the packaging material must ensure reliable and secure packaging of the boards, their protection during loading and unloading operations, transportation and storage.
