Thermal and acoustic insulation boards made of mineral wool

Product Description and Scope of Application

ULTRAWOOL VIBRO is a non-combustible, hydrophobized thermal and sound insulation board made of mineral wool based on basalt group rocks. ULTRAWOOL VIBRO boards are designed for thermal and sound insulation of floating floors when laying concrete or cement screed directly on the thermal insulation.

Transportation and Storage

Transportation of boards is carried out in accordance with the requirements of DSTU B V.2.7-167. Boards are shipped to the consumer no earlier than 24 hours after storage at the warehouse. Boards must be stored packaged and stacked on pallets separately by grades and sizes. Throughout the entire storage period, the material must be protected from precipitation. The height of the board stack during storage must not exceed 3 m. Guaranteed storage period is 6 months from the date of manufacture.

Packaging Information

Polyethylene heat-shrink film is used for packaging. The method of wrapping and fixing the packaging material ensures reliable and durable packaging of the boards, their protection during loading and unloading operations, transportation and storage.

Non-combustible stone wool boards made from gabbro-basalt rock

Product Description:

TECHNOVENT N is a non-combustible, hydrophobized thermal and sound insulation board made from mineral wool based on basalt group rocks.

Application:

TECHNOVENT N boards are designed for use in civil and industrial construction during new construction and reconstruction of buildings and structures for various purposes as an inner layer in two-layer thermal insulation systems in ventilated facade systems with an air gap.

Storage:

The boards must be stored packaged and stacked on pallets, separated by grade and size. Throughout the entire storage period, the material must be protected from precipitation. The height of the stack during storage must not exceed 3 m.

Transportation:

Transportation of boards must be carried out in accordance with the requirements of DBN G.1-4, DSTU B V.2.7-167. Boards are shipped to the consumer no earlier than after 24-hour storage at the warehouse.

Packaging Information:

Polyethylene heat-shrink film is used for packaging. The method of wrapping and fixing the packaging material must ensure reliable and secure packaging of the boards, their protection during loading and unloading operations, transportation and storage.
