Rock mineral wool slabs
Product Description:
Fire Protection Slabs for Concrete Lamel are non-combustible, hydrophobized, thermal and sound insulation slabs made of mineral wool based on basalt group rocks.
Can be manufactured with aluminum foil or fiberglass coating.
Application:
In civil and industrial construction, during new construction and reconstruction of buildings and structures for various purposes, as fire protection and thermal insulation for reinforced concrete structures (reinforced concrete columns and floors). The boards are certified as the main element of the concrete fire protection system.
Application instructions:
Installation according to the Fire Protection Work Regulations “SD-FIRE PROTECTION Concrete fire protection system, consisting of mineral wool boards of the “Concrete Fire Protection Boards (MC, AF, SS, SP)” brand and anchoring metal elements (anchor+washer) HILTI IDMS”.
Storage:
Store in covered warehouses, preventing exposure to precipitation. During transportation, protect from damage and moisture.
Transportation:
Transportation must be carried out in accordance with the requirements of DBN G.1-4, DSTU B V.2.7-167. Products are shipped to the consumer no earlier than 24 hours after storage in the warehouse.
Packaging Information:
Polyethylene heat-shrink film is used for packaging.

Non-combustible, hydrophobized mineral wool boards
Product Description:
Metal Fire Protection Board is a non-combustible, hydrophobized, thermal and sound insulation board made of mineral wool based on basalt group rocks.
Application:
In civil and industrial construction for new construction and reconstruction of buildings and structures of various purposes as thermal insulation and fire protection of metal structures.
To increase the fire resistance limit of load-bearing metal structures with a fire resistance limit from 60 to 180 minutes.
Certified in the metal fire protection system and the air duct fire protection system.
Application instructions:
Installation according to the Fire Protection Work Regulations “SD-FIRE PROTECTION Metal Fire Protection System” for cladding metal structures, consisting of mineral wool boards of the “Metal Fire Protection Boards (MC, AF, SS, SP)” brand and Ceresit CM 17 adhesive”, “SD-FIRE PROTECTION Air Ducts Fire Protection System” for cladding steel air ducts, consisting of mineral wool boards of the “Metal Fire Protection Boards (MC, AF, SS, SP)” brand and Ceresit CM 17 adhesive”.
Storage:
Store in covered warehouses, preventing exposure to precipitation. During transportation, protect from damage and moisture.
Transportation:
Transportation of boards must be carried out in accordance with the requirements of DBN G.1-4, DSTU B V.2.7-167. Products are shipped to the consumer no earlier than 24 hours after storage in the warehouse.

Application:
Fire Protection Door Slabs are specially designed and intended for fire protection insulation of fire-rated doors and gates.
Application instructions:
Installation of slabs in the frame of fire-rated doors and gates as fire protection filler is carried out based on structural features in accordance with the technical documentation of the door and gate manufacturer.
Storage:
Store in covered warehouses, preventing exposure to precipitation. During transportation, protect from damage and moisture.
