Roll roofing and waterproofing material
Product Description and Scope of Application
HYDROBASE ELAST is a torch-applied bitumen-polymer roofing and waterproofing roll material.
HYDROBASE ELAST is produced by applying a bitumen-polymer binder on both sides of a polyester base. The binder consists of bitumen, SBS polymer modifier (styrene-butadiene-styrene), and mineral filler (talc, dolomite, etc.). Coarse-grained granules and polymer films are used as protective layers.
Depending on the type of surfacing and application area, HYDROBASE ELAST is available in two grades:
HYDROBASE ELAST EKP – with coarse-grained surfacing on the top side and polymer film on the torch-applied side; used for installing the top layer of the roofing membrane;
HYDROBASE ELAST EPP – with polymer film on both sides of the sheet; used for installing the bottom layer of the roofing membrane and waterproofing building structures (foundations, tunnels, etc.)
Transportation and Storage
Transportation is carried out by all types of transport in covered vehicles in accordance with the Cargo Transportation Rules applicable to the given type of transport. Throughout the entire storage period, the material must be protected from atmospheric precipitation. Rolls are stored vertically on pallets in a single row by height.
The guaranteed shelf life of the product in rolls is 12 months from the date of manufacture in factory packaging, provided storage and transportation conditions are observed.
Packaging Information
The material is packaged in UV-stabilized film and supplied on pallets

Roll roofing and waterproofing material
Product Description and Scope of Application
HYDROBASE VENT is a torch-applied bitumen-polymer roofing and waterproofing roll material.
HYDROBASE VENT EKV consists of a polyester fabric base coated on both sides with bitumen-polymer binder, with protective layers on top in the form of coarse-grained granules and on the bottom in the form of fine-grained granules. An additional layer of bitumen-polymer binder is applied in strips to the lower protective layer. To prevent the material from sticking, the strips are covered with a polymer film. The material is used for installing a single-layer ventilated (“breathable”) roofing membrane.
HYDROBASE VENT EPV consists of a polyester fabric base coated on both sides with bitumen-polymer binder, with protective layers on top in the form of polyethylene film and on the bottom in the form of fine-grained granules. An additional layer of bitumen-polymer binder is applied in strips to the lower protective layer. To prevent the material from sticking, the strips are covered with a polymer film. The material is used for installing the bottom layer of a two-layer ventilated (“breathable”) roofing membrane.
