Roll roofing and waterproofing material

Product Description and Scope of Application

HYDROBASE STANDARD consists of a base made of fiberglass or polyester fabric or a combined base, coated on both sides with bituminous binder, with protective layers on top in the form of coarse-grained granules or polymer film and on the bottom in the form of polymer film. The materials are manufactured for torch-on application.

Depending on the type of protective layers and area of application, the following grades are available:

HYDROBASE STANDARD K – with coarse-grained granules on the face side and polymer film on the torch-on application side of the sheet; used for installation of the top layer of the roofing membrane;

HYDROBASE STANDARD P – with polymer film on the face and bottom sides of the sheet; used for installation of the bottom layers of the roofing membrane and waterproofing of building structures

Transportation and Storage

Transportation is carried out by all types of transport in covered vehicles in accordance with the Cargo Transportation Rules applicable to the given type of transport. Throughout the entire storage period, the material must be protected from atmospheric precipitation. Rolls are stored vertically on pallets in a single row by height.

Packaging Information

The material is packaged in UV-stabilized film and supplied on pallets

Roll roofing and waterproofing material

Product Description and Scope of Application

HYDROBASE FLEX is a torch-applied bitumen-polymer roll roofing and waterproofing material.

HYDROBASE FLEX is produced by applying a bitumen-polymer binder on both sides of a polyester base. The binder consists of bitumen, SBS polymer modifier (styrene-butadiene-styrene), and mineral filler (talc, dolomite, etc.). Coarse-grained surfacing and polymer films are used as protective layers.

Depending on the type of surfacing and application area, HYDROBASE FLEX is available in two grades:

HYDROBASE FLEX K – with coarse-grained surfacing on the top side and polymer film on the torch-applied side; used for installation of the upper layer of the roofing membrane;

HYDROBASE FLEX P – with polymer film on both sides of the sheet; used for installation of the lower layer of the roofing membrane and waterproofing of building structures (foundations, tunnels, etc.)

Thermal insulation boards made of extruded polystyrene foam

Product Description and Scope of Application

Extruded polystyrene foam CARBOLEX SOLID is a thermal insulation material with uniformly distributed closed cells. XPS CARBOLEX SOLID does not absorb water, does not swell, does not shrink, is chemically resistant and does not rot. High strength allows for a level and rigid base, which significantly extends the service life of the entire thermal insulation system. XPS CARBOLEX SOLID is used for thermal insulation of foundations, trafficked roofs, and floors with increased loads.

Transportation and Storage

The boards must be stored packaged and stacked on pallets separately by grades and sizes. Throughout the entire storage period, the material must be protected from atmospheric precipitation.

Packaging Information

The boards are packaged in UV-stabilized film.
