Product Description:

TECHNOBLOCK is a non-combustible, hydrophobized thermal and sound insulation board made from mineral wool based on basalt group rocks.

Application:

TECHNOBLOCK slabs are recommended for use in industrial and civil construction as thermal and sound insulation for various types of multilayer masonry, frame walls (including external) with different types of external finishing (siding). They are also used as the first (internal) thermal insulation layer in ventilated facade systems with an air gap in a two-layer configuration.

Storage:

The boards must be stored packaged and stacked on pallets, separated by grade and size. Throughout the entire storage period, the material must be protected from precipitation. The height of the stack during storage must not exceed 3 m.

Transportation:

Transportation of boards must be carried out in accordance with the requirements of DBN G.1-4, DSTU B V.2.7-167. Boards are shipped to the consumer no earlier than after 24-hour storage at the warehouse.

Packaging Information:

Polyethylene heat-shrink film is used for packaging. The wrapping method and fixation of the packaging material must ensure reliable and secure packaging of the boards, protecting them during loading and unloading operations, transportation, and storage.
