Roll roofing and waterproofing material

Product Description and Scope of Application

HYDROBASE LIGHT consists of a base made of fiberglass or polyester fabric or a combined base, coated on both sides with bituminous binder, with protective layers on top in the form of coarse-grained granules or polymer film and on the bottom in the form of polymer film. The materials are manufactured for torch-on application.

Depending on the type of protective layers and area of application, the following grades are available:

HYDROBASE LIGHT K – with coarse-grained granules on the face side and polymer film on the torch-on application side of the sheet; used for installation of the top layer of the roofing membrane;

HYDROBASE LIGHT P – with polymer film on the face and bottom sides of the sheet; used for installation of the bottom layers of the roofing membrane and waterproofing of building structures.

Transportation and Storage

Transportation is carried out by all types of transport in covered vehicles in accordance with the Cargo Transportation Rules applicable to the given type of transport. Throughout the entire storage period, the material must be protected from atmospheric precipitation. Rolls are stored vertically on pallets in a single row by height.

Packaging Information

The material is packaged in UV-stabilized film and supplied on pallets

Low-combustibility thermal and sound insulation mats

Product Description:

Lamellar mats are low-combustibility thermal and sound insulation mats formed from stone wool strips (lamellas) bonded to reinforced foil. This produces a product with increased compressive strength compared to traditional mats and less deformation during installation.

In standard configuration, the mats are covered with reinforced aluminum foil. The foil covering with sealed seams serves as a vapor barrier layer, which eliminates the need for an additional vapor barrier layer on cold pipelines and air ducts.

The base of the mats consists of non-combustible stone wool lamellas.

Application:

Thermal and vapor insulation of air ducts, ventilation equipment, tanks, as well as pipelines and flat surfaces. In civil and industrial construction, for new construction and pipeline installation, and reconstruction of buildings and structures for various purposes.

Applicable at insulated surface temperatures up to +250°C on the stone wool side (on the foil side, maximum application temperature is +80°C). Provides the following functions:

thermal insulation;

vapor barrier;

finished decorative covering for indoor installations (outdoor installations require a protective covering layer).

Application instructions:

In accordance with the “Album of Technical Solutions for Thermal Insulation Systems for Equipment and Pipelines.”

Storage:

Store in covered warehouses, preventing exposure to precipitation. During transportation, protect from damage and moisture.

Transportation:

Transportation must be carried out in accordance with the requirements of DBN G.1-4, DSTU B V.2.7-167. Boards are shipped to the consumer no earlier than 24 hours after storage in the warehouse.

Packaging Information:

Polyethylene heat-shrink film is used for packaging.
