LLC “Plant “TECHNO” – one of the largest modern enterprises for the production of non-combustible thermal insulation in the construction industry of Ukraine. The plant is located on the territory of 8.5 hectares, the production area occupies almost 20,000 sq.m. The area of warehouses for finished products is over 38,000 sq.m.
The construction of the enterprise was started in May 2007, and in the first quarter of 2009, a new state-of-the-art production facility was launched. The plant is equipped with high-tech equipment manufactured in the Czech Republic, Germany, Slovenia, Austria, Denmark, and Switzerland. The total investment in the construction of the plant, including production lines, investments in infrastructure, additional equipment, and equipment for the quality control laboratory, amounted to more than 15 million euros.
In February 2018 LLC “Plant “TECHNO” officially became part of the Sweetondale company.
The plant successfully uses a complex of unique technologies, such as ESBE Plus (ElectroStatic Binding Enhancement) technology. ESBE Plus is the latest achievement in the development of fiber binding technology. The TECHNO plant, together with foreign partners, has developed a special multifunctional composition for fiber processing. In one solution, scientists were able to combine the properties of dust removal, binding and water repellent.
At all stages of production – from loading and dosing of raw materials to obtaining the melt, its formation and packaging – there is strict automated control of the main indicators of the technological process.
The computer control system allows achieving high indicators of strength, low thermal conductivity, non-flammability and safety of the products produced. For all types of heat-insulating products produced, their own regulatory documentation has been developed, the products are subjected to round-the-clock acceptance and periodic control at all stages of production. The main quality indicators of all incoming stone raw materials, phenol-formaldehyde resins, target additives and packaging material are checked. Thus, the quality of the materials produced is at the level of world standards. In 2014, test reports were received, confirming the effective service life of mineral wool products of at least 50 years!
For quality control, the enterprise has created a modern laboratory, which has successfully passed accreditation by UKRSEPRO and received recognition from the Ministry of Industrial Policy of Ukraine. Over 70 thousand euros have been invested in equipping the laboratory.
Plant «Sweetondale» and its products have been repeatedly presented at state exhibitions and has the following awards: Diploma “Colorful Ukraine” (for participation in the National Exhibition “Colorful Ukraine”); Diploma of the All-Ukrainian Consumer Rights Protection Program “High Quality – Fair Price”; Diploma (for participation in the All-Ukrainian Product Quality Competition (goods, works, services) “100 Best Goods of Ukraine”); Laureate in the nomination: Honorary Certificates from the Confederation of Builders of Ukraine; Honorary Certificates and Award of the Ministry of Regional Development of Construction and Housing and Communal Services of Ukraine.
Plant “TECHNO” – is a modern full-cycle enterprise. The production process covers all stages – from raw material processing to product packaging. The product range is represented by thermal insulation materials based on stone wool.
By scope of application, all SWEETONDALE thermal insulation can be divided into three groups:
- Thermal insulation for flat roofs:
Materials of this group are used as the main thermal insulation layer in coatings made of reinforced concrete or metal profiled flooring with a roofing carpet made of roll and mastic materials, including without the arrangement of protective screeds. - Thermal insulation for facades:
Materials for facades are intended for use as a thermal insulation layer in insulation systems for external walls of buildings. - General construction insulation:
Materials for use in general construction purposes are recommended for use in civil and industrial construction as unloaded thermal and sound insulation of horizontal, vertical and inclined enclosing building structures of all types of buildings, including low-rise and cottage-type buildings.
Main product lines: THERMOWOOL – high-quality material for industrial and civil construction; ULTRAWOOL – modern and effective material for private construction. The plant’s products have been repeatedly awarded at state exhibitions, in particular with diplomas “Colorful Ukraine”, “High quality – fair price”, “100 best products of Ukraine”, as well as an award from the Confederation of Builders of Ukraine.
Today, the company is the leader of the domestic market in terms of volumes and quality of products produced. Its activities are aimed at providing Ukrainian consumers with high-quality materials at the optimal price and in the required quantities.
